Se7enth Cipher - this is a very well known bug in Arma 3 and it has never been fixed, unfortunatelly. When the game crashes or you have to make it force quit, it makes the save games of the current mission you're playing dissapear. The save files are not deleted though, the game just doesn't "see" them. Start the game, open the mission list, hit 'continue' on the mission you played and you are back in the game : Works like a charm and saved me many times from loosing hours and hours of gameplay.
